Weather Alert

Empire Access is closely monitoring upcoming winter storm Harper, which may affect our service area over the next few days.

Empire's emergency response plan has been activated and we're making all the necessary preparations to quickly respond to any impact on our network. We're augmenting staff at our Service Centers in anticipation of the storm. Crews and contractors have been placed on standby, while equipment and supplies are being distributed as needed throughout our service area.

We will continue to track the path of the storm and monitor its effect on our network throughout the event - keeping our customers posted on our network status page at https://status.empireaccess.com/.
