Offer Eligibility:

Offer valid for new residential customers only on Empire Fiber Internet enhanced (1 Gig) and elite (2 Gig) plans.

Customers with active service, pending disconnects, or previous Empire Fiber Internet service at the same service address within the past 45 days are not eligible.

Eligible customers will receive:

• A 3-Year Price Lock on their monthly base internet service rate, and
• Three months of free internet service, applied as bill credits during the 2nd, 6th, and 12th months of active service.

This offer is available online only and must be applied during online checkout. Limit one promotional offer per household. Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

Orders must be placed online between June 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

Price Lock Details:

The 3-Year Price Lock applies to the customer’s monthly base internet service rate only. Promotional bill credits and limited-time discounts expire as stated and are not included as part of the 3-Year Price Lock.

The 3-Year Price Lock begins on the service activation date and remains valid for 36 consecutive months as long as the account remains active and in good standing. “Good standing” means the account is active with no past-due balance.

The promotional rate may be forfeited if the account is disconnected, suspended, transferred, changed to another service plan, moved to another service address, or not maintained in good standing.

The 3-Year Price Lock is tied to the original customer account and service address and may not be transferred.

Additional Terms:

Offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged or substituted. Empire Fiber Internet reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time.

Misuse, abuse, or attempts to circumvent promotion rules, including cancellation and re-subscription to regain eligibility, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of promotional benefits.

Billing Disclosure:
Advertised pricing includes AutoPay and paperless billing enrollment. Customers who do not enroll in AutoPay and/or paperless billing will incur a $5 monthly fee for each service option not selected.
