Empire Access has been named fastest Internet Service Provider in the Northeast region of the United States for 2022 by PCMag.

The PC Mag Fastest ISPs 2022 award is presented to Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in the United States that offer the fastest Internet speeds to their customers.  To compare ISPs, PC Mag uses a Speed Index score.  This score measures download and upload speeds in megabits per second and averages the download and upload together to come up with the PCMag Speed Index (PSI).  This scoring system compares service providers nationwide.  Higher Speed Index scores represent faster Internet service.

This is the second consecutive year that Empire Access has been recognized as the fastest Internet Service Provider (ISP) in the Northeast by PCMag. Empire Access outscored all other tested ISPs in the Northeastern region of the United States, scoring a 271.6 on the PCMag Speed Index. The next fastest competitor falls behind by over 70 points on the index.
