How To Protect Your Network with CommandIQ’s ProtectIQ

Your home network can be a target for a wide range of cyber threats, from viruses and malware to phishing attempts. Learn how the CommandIQ app’s ProtectIQ protects your network, featuring help to secure your network and keep your data safe.

Step 1: Access ProtectIQ
From the main dashboard, tap on the ProtectIQ tile. This will show you the status of your network’s security.

Step 2: Monitor Security Events
ProtectIQ runs in the background to automatically scan for and block threats. The ProtectIQ screen will show you a list of all the security events, including:

  • Malware: Malicious software attempting to infect a device.
  • Viruses: Harmful programs trying to enter your network.
  • Intrusions: Unauthorized attempts to access your network.

Step 3: Review Alerts
When ProtectIQ detects a threat, it blocks it automatically and sends you an alert. You can tap on these alerts to see more details about the threat and which device it was targeting.

Step 4: Stay Secure
By keeping ProtectIQ active, you’re adding a vital layer of security to your home network. You don’t need to do anything manually; the service handles everything for you, giving you peace of mind that your network is protected.

Offer Eligibility: New Empire Access customers who sign up for residential internet service between July 24, 2025, and August 15, 2025, at midnight Eastern Time are eligible to receive a one-time $200 Streaming Choice Card. Redemption Process: After maintaining 60 days of active service following installation, and so long as the account remains in good standing, customers will receive an email from MyBundle with instructions on how to redeem their one-time $200 Streaming Choice Card.
