What Is A Net Promoter Score?

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a tool used to gauge customer loyalty and satisfaction with a brand. It’s based on one straightforward question: “How likely are you to recommend us to friends and family?” Responses to this question reveal valuable insights, showing how many customers are loyal advocates, how many are on the fence, and how many are dissatisfied.
