How we bring fiber internet to you

Learn more about how we bring fiber internet to the communities we serve.

Getting Started

Before construction begins, our crews will survey your neighborhood. Utility companies will then mark the locations of their lines to prevent damage and maintain public safety.

Two construction workers in yellow vests and red hard hats stand beside a rural road. One points toward the camera while the other looks on, as if discussing Streaming TV. A white car and roadwork equipment are visible in the background.
A white utility truck with "Empire Access" branding is parked on a street, showcasing their commitment to connectivity. A worker, emblematic of the values found on their About Us page, is elevated in a safety-equipped bucket. Trees and power lines stretch across the background.

Permits & Construction

Empire Access will work with local governing agencies before construction starts. Our crews will then use specialized equipment to install fiber lines either through underground conduits or along utility poles.

After Construction

Once installation is complete, our crews will restore any affected streets, sidewalks, or landscaping. We’ll also notify you when fiber internet is ready to be installed at your location.

A red Empire-branded pickup truck with ladders on top is parked on a residential street in front of a light green house with white trim and a sloped roof, possibly there to install or fix streaming TV services. Trees and grass surround the home.
