  • Refer a Neighbor: Share a few details about the neighbor you're referring.
  • Tell Them to Mention You: Remind your neighbor to mention your name when they sign up for service to ensure you both qualify for the referral credit.
  • Enjoy the Benefits: After their service is activated, both you and your neighbor will receive a credit for your internet bill. It’s that simple!

  • • This referral program is exclusive to current residential customers of Empire Access.
  • • A customer referring a neighbor is eligible to receive more than one credit if they refer multiple neighbors that sign up for service. There is no limit!
  • • The new customer you refer must mention that you referred them at the time they sign up for service, not after.
  • • A customer who refers a neighbor will receive credit of one month of internet service after the person they referred receives a bill for their first full month.
  • • The customer who was referred by you will receive a credit on their bill for on their second bill month.

The Empire Access MyBundle Streaming TV Gift Card

Offer Eligibility: New Empire Access customers who sign up for residential internet service between July 14, 2025, and July 31, 2025, at midnight Eastern Time are eligible to receive a one-time $200 Streaming TV Bonus Card. 

Redemption Process: After maintaining 60 days of active service following installation, and so long as the account remains in good standing, customers will receive an email from MyBundle with instructions on how to redeem their one-time $200 Streaming TV Bonus Card. Customers must complete the redemption within 90 days of receiving the email, or the offer will expire. 

Streaming TV Bonus Card Issuance: The Streaming TV Bonus Card will be provided as a one-time $200 virtual card that can be used toward streaming services, including new or existing subscriptions. 

Usage Guidelines: The $200 Streaming TV Bonus Card must be used within 12 months of issuance, or any remaining balance will be forfeited.

Service Changes: If a customer cancels Empire Access service or their account is not in good standing before the bonus card is issued, they will forfeit eligibility for the offer. 

Additional Terms: This offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. Empire Access and MyBundle reserve the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time. Misuse or abuse of the offer may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any remaining value.
