  • Confirm Your Customer Status: Fill in the form below to verify you’re a current Empire Access customer.
  • Refer a Friend: Provide us with a little information about the friend or family member you’re referring.
  • Tell Them to Mention You: Remind your friend or family member to mention your name when they sign up for service to be eligible for the referral credit.
  • Enjoy the Benefits: After their service is activated, both you and your neighbor will receive your internet bill credit on your bill. It’s that simple!

  • • This referral program is exclusive to current residential customers of Empire Access.
  • • A customer referring a friend is eligible to receive more than one credit if they refer multiple friends that sign up for service. There is no limit!
  • • The new customer you refer must mention that you referred them at the time they sign up for service, not after.
  • • A customer who refers a friend will receive credit of one month of internet service after the person they referred receives a bill for their first full month.
  • • The customer who was referred by you will receive a credit on their bill for their first full month of service.
