Refund Policy

Empire Access will provide a prorated refund for Monthly Services based on the effective date of service disconnection. Refund amounts will be calculated based on the number of unused days remaining in the billing cycle.

This policy does not apply to customers under a term agreement or contract, unless otherwise stated in the applicable service agreement. Additional fees, including but not limited to installation or equipment charges, are non-refundable.
